Standing proud in its surrounds, Magnus is a statement in glass, steel and concrete

Taking inspiration from the architectural modern design aesthetic of New York’s 152 Elizabeth St, the building creates a dynamic and striking identity for the world to admire. Its off-form concrete, galvanised steel and large expanses of glazing connect in a confident geometry and give a nod to the area’s once famous industrial past.

The aesthetic continues within to the lobby which is a lesson in simplicity and structured minimalism. Warm timbers add a soft and inviting contrast to the strong face of the building.

Amply separated from other buildings and with full-height glass frontage, its contemporary design delivers not only stunning vistas and a connection to its surrounds, but also inundates each apartment in a flood of warm direct light.

During summer residents can relax and cool off in the pool as they take in the city views. As winter arrives residents can rug up and enjoy the warmth in the winter retreat areas complete with open fire place and enjoy a pizza straight from the pizza oven. Magnus provides exclusive amenity for all seasons of the year.
